As there is no dearth of people who are interested in studying online MBA degree or master in accounting; there is also no dearth of people who are interested in the political history of other countries. There are a lot of people around the world who wish to know about the political structure of other countries. For some of them, it is a matter of research. For some of them, it is their profession. On the other hand, for some of them, it is sheer interest. They just love to gather knowledge about the political system of other countries.

As there is no scarcity of people who are interested in studying one of the MPA programs or masters in education; there is also no scarcity of people who are interested in the political structure of Mexico. You may wonder why. This is because for most of us, Mexico is an exotic place where we wish to travel for spending our holidays. But some people are not only happy with the travelogue information. They want to know more. They want to know about the political situation in Mexico.

As we need to study to know about the particulars of masters degree in criminal justice or masters in project management online; we also need to study a little bit, if we want to know about the political structure in Mexico.

The framework of the political structure of this country is called federal presidential representative democratic republic. The system of the government is named as congressional system. According to this congressional system, the Mexican President is both the head of the government and the heads of the state. He is also the head of the multi-party system.

There is a federal government. United Mexican States are represented by the federal government. This can be divided into three parts:
Executive Body
Legislative Body
Judicial Body
As we need to know about the Debt Arrangement Scheme; we also need to know about the constitution for knowing the political structure better. Political Constitution of the United Mexican States has declared the establishment of all these three parts. This constitution was published in 1917.

The states that are under this constitution must have a government of republican form. This government also needs to be based on the congressional system like the central government.

The main task of the executive body is to exercise the executive power. The Mexican president is the head of this body. His advisors are the secretaries of the legislative body. The advisors are independent in their decision making. They are not influenced by the president.

The Congress of the Union is in charge of enforcing the legislative power. This is a legislature that has two bodies. They are:
Chamber of Deputies
Senate

As you need to know about the particulars of the executive MBA programs for information; you need to know about the judicial system to know about the political system of a country. The judicial power of Mexico is vested upon the judiciary. It comprises the following bodies:
Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation
The Council of the Federal Judiciary and the collegiate
Unitary and district tribunals
